A new season and a new era for Liverpool FC Women kicks off at Anfield on Sunday
The first game of the 2025-26 campaign brings a Merseyside derby with head coach Gareth Taylor taking charge of the Reds for the first time in a competitive game.
The official matchday programme is the ideal souvenir for the Barclays Women’s Super League clash with Everton (12pm BST kick-off).
Inside, Gareth pens his first set of programme notes, in which he outlines the task ahead and why he is hoping his emphasis on a certain style of play will excite Reds supporters.
Liverpool FC Women also have a new captain following the retirement of Niamh Fahey and defender Grace Fisk, featured on the cover, has taken on the armband
Read her first column in which she explains why everyone in the camp can't wait to get started and how they are embracing Taylor’s playing philosophy.
Elsewhere, we put the focus on the Reds who have committed their futures to the club this summer and also shine the spotlight on new arrivals, including an in-depth chat with striker Beata Olsson, who explains why her move to Liverpool is a dream come true.
Elsewhere, we put you to the test with Mighty Red’s puzzle page, with a focus on striker Sophie Roman Haug, take a look at our neighbours who have now moved in at Goodison Park, provide a ticketing update and round up all the news from around the camp.
Pick up your copy of the official matchday programme, priced £3, at Anfield.
